Screening services and diagnostic testing is available at a number of ProHealth locations for your convenience.

Convenient locations for care

Provider visits and treatments can be scheduled at our outpatient cancer centers in Mukwonago, Oconomowoc or Pewaukee.

If hospitalization is required, patient's can receive care at ProHealth's hospitals in Mukwonago, Oconomowoc or Waukesha.

Additional locations are available for some screening and diagnostic services.
