Choose ProHealth Urgent Care for convenient, same-day care of minor illnesses and injuries. Just walk in to one of our convenient locations throughout the Waukesha County area or make an online reservation to save time upon arrival. Immediate or scheduled virtual visits are also available.

When the unexpected happens

Urgent care is an option when your provider is not available and your injury or illness isn't serious enough for an emergency room visit. Urgent care physicians and advanced practice providers diagnose, treat and manage a wide range of medical conditions so you can start feeling better — faster.

In-person visits

  • Services are available:
    • Monday through Friday
      8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Saturday and Sunday
      8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    • Some sites are open on holidays. View locations

  • No appointment required.
    • Reserve your arrival time online to save time in line.
    • Or just walk in and register upon arrival.

  • Offers quick care when a physical exam, tests or X-rays are needed to make a diagnosis and provide care.

  • Cost varies. Insurance plans accepted. Urgent care visits are billed as standard office visits.

Virtual visits

  • Services are available:
    • From 8 a.m. to midnight every day, including weekends.
    • Hours vary on holidays.
  • You have two options:
    • Register now and be seen within 10 minutes.
    • Or schedule a same-day or next-day appointment.

  • Offers quick care for minor illnesses that may not require tests or hands-on care.

  • Not available for those covered by Medicare.

  • $45 per visit. Insurance plans accepted. You will not be charged if it is determined that your condition requires an in-person visit.

E-visits offer another option for care

Complete an online questionnaire anytime and receive a diagnosis and treatment plan for just $29. Providers are available from 8 a.m. to midnight.
