ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital’s emergency department receives excellence award for 12th year

2019 guardian excellence awardThe emergency department at ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital has received the Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for the 12th straight year. No other Press Ganey client in Wisconsin has received the award for 12 years running.

"Everyone on the team contributes to patient experience, whether they provide direct patient care or other services that affect our patients," said Kay Nissen, manager of the department.

Press Ganey, a leading provider of patient experience measurement solutions, selects award recipients based on feedback from patient surveys. Oconomowoc Memorial achieved the distinction by reaching the 95th percentile for patient satisfaction in the emergency department for each reporting period throughout 2018.
