ProHealth Medical Group welcomes internal medicine physician Sumi Jones, MD, to Delafield clinic

ProHealth Medical Group has announced the addition of Sumi Jones, MD, an internal medicine physician, to its clinic in Delafield.

Internal medicine physicians, or internists, provide primary care for people 18 and older. They are also trained to care for adults with multiple long-term health conditions.

"My role is to prevent and treat health conditions in the context of each patient’s unique situation," Dr. Jones said. "Understanding a person's individual values, goals and preferences is key to helping them develop an effective plan for their health."

Dr. Jones is board-certified in internal medicine. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her residency at MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio.

The ProHealth Medical Group clinic in Delafield is located at 2750 Golf Road. If patients require procedures or hospitalization, they can be admitted to ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital or ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital.
