Hematologist and medical oncologist Kathleen Hemauer, MD, joins ProHealth Care’s cancer team

Kathleen Hemauer, MD, has joined ProHealth Care’s cancer team.

Dr. Hemauer completed her fellowship in hematology and oncology and her residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board-certified in both medical specialties.

"I greatly value the trust patients place in their cancer care teams, especially after receiving what can often be a life-changing diagnosis," Dr. Hemauer said. "I believe in empowering patients and their families by educating them on the most up-to-date treatment options and incorporating their values into their unique treatment plans. It is a privilege to provide high-quality care to patients during each step of their journeys."

Dr. Hemauer will be practicing at the UW Health Cancer Center at ProHealth Care in Pewaukee and the ProHealth Cancer Center in Oconomowoc.
